Job summary

copperco talent services pte. ltd. seeks an experienced project manager to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale semiconductor engineering projects in Singapore. You will engage clients, translate requirements into actionable plans, and coordinate resources to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong cross-cultural communication, resilience under pressure, and willingness to travel. PMP certification is a plus, and flexibility in work arrangements is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is the primary business language.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale engineering projects with client-facing exposure.
• Familiarity with project management processes; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale engineering projects in semiconductors.
• Maintain close communication with clients and translate requirements into executable plans.
• Coordinate internal and external resources and proactively address risks.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and provide progress updates to management.
• Participate in tendering, commercial negotiations, and support business development.
