Job summary

StepStone is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for our Southeast Asia Institutional Business Development team in Singapore. You will support day-to-day operations, engage with LPs, and assist with strategic initiatives across asset classes.

You will work closely with senior BD members and cross-functionally with research, legal, and compliance teams to meet client requirements and drive AUM growth. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related professional experience.
• Experience in private markets is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
• Strong cross-functional analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and attention to accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Southeast Asia institutional BD team in client servicing and LP coverage.
• Assist with pipeline follow-ups and due diligence coordination.
• Coordinate RFP responses with investment and data analytics teams.
• Support marketing roadshows and client events as needed.
• Prepare and review slide decks for internal and external meetings.
