Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development or client-facing role in asset management.
• Bachelor’s degree with CFA or CAIA qualification preferred.
• Fluency in English and strong written communication skills required.
• Mandarin reading and Malay conversational ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the orchestrator behind regional business development efforts to grow client relationships.
• Translate business goals into operational cadences and executable plans.
• Coordinate client meetings, travel logistics, and cross-functional workflows with high precision.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefs for stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Track leads, opportunities, and maintain CRM data for visibility.
