Job summary

GLG seeks an Associate for its Southeast Asia Private Markets team based in Singapore. You will drive growth by connecting leading PE/VC clients with world‑class experts, delivering insights that influence investment theses across APAC.

You will recruit senior consultants, organize client events, and nurture relationships with investment professionals, while collaborating with overseas teams to implement account plans for revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Business‑level fluency in English and Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese.
• 0–2 years of client‑facing work experience in banking, business services, consultancies, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Execute time‑sensitive projects to support GLG's clients in making informed investment decisions.
• Analyze requests, build primary populations of topic experts, deliver insights impacting investment theses.
• Develop relationships with GLG thought leaders across sectors and recruit senior executives into GLG Councils.
• Organize and host client events, coordinate private meetings at client offices.
• Grow client relationships with APAC investment professionals through meetings and project execution.
