Job summary

Razorpay in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sales Manager for the South East Asia Business to drive digital payments adoption in the region and help Razorpay become a leading fintech partner.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, build a strategic pipeline and work with Marketing, Onboarding and Integration teams to tailor Razorpay solutions for merchants. The role requires a strong network and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Merchant acquiring space with payment gateways, acquirers, or Fintech.
• Established network of merchants with SME and Middle Market client base in Singapore.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to leverage AI to drive competitive advantage and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and compete effectively in the industry.
• Build, maintain and forecast a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business goals.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle while collaborating with Marketing, Onboarding, Integration and other stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable Razorpay payment solutions.
• Be an energetic self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
