Job summary

Netskope is seeking an SDR Manager to lead a regional Sales Development team within our global revenue organization. This role focuses on building pipeline, coaching reps, and developing future revenue leaders. You will hire, coach, and guide the team to meet ambitious targets.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years leading SDRs, strong coaching, and AI fluency. Experience with cybersecurity is a plus; expect an on-site regional leadership role with rigorous metrics and career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading an SDR team with promotions, attainment, stack rank, and rep retention.
• Active AI fluency; can teach AI use to the team.
• Structured hiring process with real scorecards and discipline under headcount pressure.
• Real coaching chops; able to break down a call and give specific feedback.
• Operational command; run the business by the numbers and know leading indicators.
• Comfort leading a team through ambiguity with decisions under incomplete information.
• Strong communication credibility across IC, peer, and executive audiences.
• Experience in cybersecurity is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline number for your region and deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Lead from the front; make calls with the team and run live coaching on prospect conversations.
• Coach with rigor; weekly 1:1s grounded in performance data and call reviews.
• Run a disciplined operating cadence across pipeline reviews, activity inspection, and forecast accuracy.
• Own SDR hiring for your region; maintain a high hiring bar.
• Develop reps into the next tier of revenue talent and partner with AE counterparts.
• Operate as an AI-fluent leader; integrate AI into prospecting, prioritization, and learning.
• Translate shifting business priorities into clear team execution so reps know what matters most.
