Job summary

You will identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and manage the full sales cycle with cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer success. Role requires a Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong commercial acumen and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets by managing and growing accounts within the territory.
• Identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Manage full sales process from opportunity identification to quotation, negotiation and closing, coordinating with internal teams for customer success.
• Provide scientific/product-focused support and training to customers to enhance application outcomes.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the Discovery Solution portfolio.
