Biopharma Asia is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive growth in the Asia region. You will manage key accounts, identify customer needs, and develop tailored solutions to expand revenue.

The role covers the full sales cycle from discovery to closing, with emphasis on scientific insight and post-sales support. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Chemistry or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a commercial mindset to engage with customers

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of process excellence methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets by managing and growing accounts within the territory.
• Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions to drive revenue.
• Own the full sales process from discovery to quote, negotiation, and closing.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer success.
• Deliver technical product demonstrations and scientific insights to customers.
• Engage with KOLs to establish thought leadership and reputation.
