Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Teaching Aide to provide operational and administrative support for Science lessons and related activities. You will assist with logistics, resource preparation, and classroom management, while supporting multiple departments including English, Mother Tongue, Mathematics, and CCA.

The role requires organisational skills, ability to multitask, and comfort with physical tasks in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Secondary, GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Levels certificate or its equivalent.
• Experience in managing science resources or related tasks preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for conducting Science lessons and related activities.
• Assist across English, Mother Tongue, Math, CCA and Administration as needed.
• Prepare hands-on science resources, assessments, and competitions in advance.
• Set up resources and apparatus before lessons and assist during classes.
• Support logistics for science events and department activities on and off campus.
• Assist with resource management across departments including instructional materials and manipulatives.
• Manning reception and general admin duties as required during recess or peak times.
