Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Administrative/Lab Support Assistant to help prepare resources for Science lessons, manage the lab and MakerSpace materials, and assist teachers during lessons.

You will organise and relocate kits, set up equipment before classes, handle logistics for science activities and events, and provide reception support when needed. The role requires a secondary education, at least two years of relevant experience, and a proven ability to multitask

• Provide logistical and administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare resources for Science lessons, weighted assessments and competitions.
• Maintain and organise Science Lab and MakerSpace resources; pack for relocation.
• Set up resources and apparatus before Science lessons.
• Assist teachers during lessons – distribute, manage, and monitor resources; help students as needed.
• Support logistics for Science activities and events.
• Provide logistical and administrative support to other departments.
• Assist with daily maintenance for Eco Makers Club CCA.
• Provide relief coverage at library during recess when needed.
• Support General Office – reception, phone calls, walk-in visitors.
