Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks support personnel to prepare science apparatus and math manipulatives for lessons, and to maintain stock and organize resources in the labs and classrooms. You will assist department heads in stocking, labeling and organizing teaching materials, and provide general administrative support as needed.

The role requires independent work, basic MS Office skills, and experience in a school setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school environment preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and seek clarification when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Science apparatus for experiments and Mathematics manipulatives for lessons.
• Keep Science apparatus and Mathematics manipulatives after lessons.
• Assist HODs to develop and maintain a stock list and conduct annual stock taking.
