Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. invites applications for a School Operations Assistant to support the Science Department.

The role involves maintaining two Science Rooms and the TinkerSpace, handling equipment and safety-compliant storage, and assisting teachers during lessons with related equipment. You will also manage stock, organize logistics for science programmes, exhibitions and competitions, and perform routine checks and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and pack away apparatus and materials.
• Maintain two Science Rooms and TinkerSpace in clean, safe, and organised condition.
• Label, store, and maintain equipment and consumables according to safety requirements.
• Manage inventory, conduct stock-taking, and track usage of the resources.
• Handle loan and return of apparatus/equipment with proper documentation.
• Perform routine checks, basic maintenance, and coordinate servicing/repairs with vendors.
• Provide administrative support for Science Department.
• Assist in logistics and implementation of Science programmes, exhibitions, competitions, and enrichment activities.
• Support teachers during lessons and activities by operating related equipment.
• Undertake other administrative, operational, or support duties as assigned by School Leaders or HODs
