Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive operational and logistical support assistant to help with Science lessons, ALP activities, and maker-related programmes. You will manage preparation, setup, and packing away of materials, while ensuring Science Rooms and the TinkerSpace remain safe and well-organised for daily teaching.

You will also handle inventory, equipment maintenance, and provide administrative support for departmental events and activities, collaborating with teachers to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory and resource management in an educational setting.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to assist teachers with science-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up and pack away apparatus, materials and consumables for Science lessons and ALP activities.
• Maintain and organise Science Rooms and TinkerSpace to be clean, safe and conducive for teaching and learning.
• Manage inventory and records for Science and ALP resources; conduct stock checks and alert for replenishment.
• Provide operational and administrative support for school events and the Science Department.
• Assist in preparing materials, venues and resources for departmental programmes and activities.
