Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a proactive Lab Support Assistant to assist teachers, set up experiments, and manage lesson materials at our Singapore campus.

You will organise lab equipment, uphold safety standards, perform equipment checks, and handle front-desk and office duties such as visitor management and mail handling. The role is full-time with regular hours.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with excellent organising abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in setting up and maintaining experiments and lesson materials.
• Prepare, arrange, and organise lab equipment and resources.
• Uphold safety standards and enforce proper lab practices.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and report faults or damage.
• Provide general office duties including reception, mail handling, and visitor enquiries.

Working hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7am to 4.30pm
• Fridays: 7am to 4pm

Key Roles

• Assist teachers in setting up and keeping experiments and lesson materials
• Prepare, arrange, and organise lab equipment and resources
• Uphold safety standards and ensure proper lab practices
• Conduct regular equipment checks; report faulty/damaged items; store equipment neatly
• General Office duties: reception, visitor/security management, mail/courier handling, office admin support, attending to student/parent enquiries, packing/sorting, general cleaning of General Office and pantry
