Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Lab Assistant to support Science lessons and lab operations in our Singapore facility.

You will prepare materials, maintain equipment, and ensure safety and cleanliness of all labs and storerooms. Responsibilities include stock-takes, recording incidents, replenishing materials, and keeping first-aid boxes ready. The role requires at least two years of related experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with at least 'N' Level education.

Qualifications

• At least 'N' Level or equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant working experience.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and equipment for Science lessons, enrichment, and competitions; clean up after sessions.
• Label and maintain records of teaching resources and lab apparatus.
• Ensure equipment is in working order; conduct stock-take twice yearly and update breakage/order records.
• Dispose of waste properly (e.g., sharp objects, chemicals).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of Science labs and storerooms.
• Ensure student safety; record incidents in lab log book.
• Replenish materials; maintain first-aid boxes in special rooms.
• Check safety devices (eye-washers, showers, fire extinguishers).
• Perform filing, general cleaning, and other duties as assigned by HODs.

Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays: 7 am to 5 pm
Wednesdays and Thursdays: 7 am to 4.30 pm
