Job summary

GREENSAFE International PTE. LTD. invites applications for a School Science Lab Support role to assist teachers with teaching and learning activities, maintain stock records, prepare and organize Science Rooms, and support safety procedures.

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec in Science or related field, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Good interpersonal, communication, planning, and analytical skills.
• First aid certification an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide teaching and learning support to teachers
• Label and keep records of Science teaching/learning materials and lab resources
• Pack and organise Science Rooms; ensure cleanliness and readiness for lessons
• Ensure lab equipment, materials, and specimens are in good working condition; conduct yearly stock-take and maintain stock book
• Ensure proper disposal of waste materials
• Ensure safety of students in Science Rooms; report incidents and maintain incident log book
• Check first aid box is updated and safety devices are working
• Provide admin/logistical support for Science competitions, assessments, and programmes
• Assist in carrying out safety briefings
• Any other duties assigned by the School

Working hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Fridays: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Key Roles

• Provide teaching and learning support to teachers
