Job summary

PRIMESTAFF MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a School Science Laboratory Assistant to support the Science Department in maintaining and preparing laboratories for daily use.

The role involves setting up experiments, keeping laboratories clean, and handling routine tasks in a non air-conditioned school environment, with duties assigned by the HOD or STEM instructors.

Qualifications

• GCE 'N' Level certificate or equivalent is required.
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiation skills are expected.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and as a team.
• Ability to carry out routine tasks in a non air-conditioned environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Science Department in maintaining the school’s science laboratories.
• Prepare experimental setup for laboratory work.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of science laboratories.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by HOD or School STEM Instructors.

• Min 4 years of working experience in secondary school chemistry lab

Additional

• Contract Period: 1 Jan 2027 - 31 Dec 2027


• Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break


• Fridays: 7.00am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break


• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
