Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services is recruiting a Science Laboratory Assistant to support the secondary school Chemistry labs. You will assist the Science Department in maintaining laboratories, prepare experimental setups, and help with routine housekeeping while ensuring safety and order.

The role requires at least GCE 'N' Level or equivalent, 4 years of lab experience in a school setting, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a modest environment.

Qualifications

• GCE 'N' Level or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in a secondary school Chemistry lab.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to perform routine tasks in a non-air-conditioned environment.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Jan 2027 to Dec 2027)

Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 45 minutes
lunch break
Fridays: 7.00am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
