Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly School Receptionist to manage the front desk at our campus. You will greet visitors, answer calls, direct inquiries and provide basic first aid to students.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant reception or customer service experience in a primary school.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reception area and greet visitors, parents and students.
• Answer and direct phone calls and handle general enquiries.
• Provide basic first aid support to students.
• Manage the sick bay and monitor unwell students.
• Contact parents when necessary.
• Provide administrative support and perform duties assigned by the Admin Manager.
