Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Support Operations Manager to oversee daily school operations, facilities, and services. You will coordinate with IFM Contractors and service partners to ensure smooth maintenance, repairs, and improvements.

You will assist in supervising OSOs, handling quotes, work requests, budgets, and operational documentation, and support safety, security, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety measures across the campus.

Qualifications

• At least GCE N Level.
• Preferably a valid Fire Safety Manager certification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily school operations, facilities, and services.
• Coordinate with IFM contractor and service partners on maintenance and improvements.
• Assist in supervising OSOs in their operational duties.
• Assist in quotations, work requests, budgets, project proposals, and operational documentation.
• Support implementation of safety, security, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety measures.
• Support student discipline-related matters where required.
• Any other duties assigned by School Management
