ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a Facilities/Operations support role to assist daily school operations at a Pasir Ris primary school. You will help maintain a clean and orderly environment, provide logistics support for events, and assist with basic facilities tasks to ensure operational readiness.

The role involves moving furniture, conducting facility checks, securing areas, and coordinating with contractors as needed.

Formación

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English to coordinate tasks and report issues.
• Capability to perform hands-on operational duties including cleaning, logistics support, and moving items safely.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of classrooms, offices, and common areas to ensure a safe school environment.
• Provide logistics support by setting up and clearing venues for school activities, events, and meetings.
• Move and arrange furniture, equipment, and other items to support school operations.
• Conduct basic inspections of school facilities and report faults or maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with opening, closing, and securing designated school areas, classrooms, gates, and facilities.
• Support basic facilities maintenance activities as assigned to ensure operational readiness.
• Escort contractors, vendors, and service personnel within school premises to maintain security and compliance.
• Perform general operational and cleaning duties to uphold school safety and order.
• Execute other operational tasks assigned by the school to support daily functions.

Job Summary

Required competencies and certifications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in school operations, facilities management, cleaning, maintenance, or a similar operational role
• Reliability and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the school operations team

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
