Job summary

Dynamic Safety Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Assistant to maintain the cleanliness of classrooms, offices, laboratories and common areas, while providing logistical support for school events and day-to-day activities. You will lock/unlock facilities, escort contractors, operate the security system, and assist with basic maintenance, with training provided.

Candidates should communicate in English, with PSLE certification preferred and about one year of school operations experience.

Qualifications

English communication required.
PSLE certification preferred.
1 year of school operations experience preferred.
Company and candidate records from 1 Jan 2022 to ITQ closing date must be provided.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, offices, laboratories and common areas.
Provide logistical support for school events, meetings and daily activities.
Lock and unlock classrooms, offices, gates and school facilities.
Assist with basic facilities maintenance and report faults.
Conduct daily facility checks and escort contractors/vendors.
Operate the school security system and perform closing duties.
Assist with resetting fire alarms and circuit breakers when required (training provided).
Clean science laboratories and equipment and prepare materials.
Perform other duties assigned by school management.
