Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable Facilities/Operations Assistant to maintain school areas, support gate duties, and escort contractors for repairs and installations. The role includes reporting faults and assisting with events, with a 6-month term and possible extension.

The position requires hands-on practicality, good communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain designated rooms and school areas.
• Support gate duties during arrivals, dismissals, CCA and school activities.
• Escort contractors for scheduled and ad-hoc repair or installation works.
• Report faults relating to equipment and facilities such as fans, air-conditioning and water fixtures.
• Assist with setup and preparation for school events and programmes.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.
