Job summary

Holy Innocents' HighSchool invites applications for the FCE Assistant role to support cookery classes and classroom activities. You will prepare crockery and ingredients and assist teachers with distribution to students.

Responsibilities include cleaning equipment and work areas, storing items properly at day end, and performing duties as directed by the Subject Head. Requires GCE N-Level and basic English, with WSQ Food Safety Level 1 or higher during the contract.

Qualifications

• Basic English reading/writing skills.
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare crockery and ingredients for cookery classes and assist teachers with distribution to students.
• Clean equipment and crockery after lessons and store them properly at the end of the day.
• Keep worktops and floors clean after each lesson and at day end.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Subject Head or HOD overseeing the department.
