Job summary

SunnyHill Ace PTE. LTD. seeks an ICT trainer to develop and deliver structured ICT lessons aligned with the school plan. You will support ALP, NDE, CFF, and AI initiatives, and manage AVA and digital learning activities.

The role requires a Diploma in IT/Multimedia, strong Google Workspace and Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of AI tools, and MOE instructor eligibility. Occasional weekend events may occur.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Multimedia, or a relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Classroom, Docs, Sites, Calendar) and Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Knowledgeable in emerging AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini).
• Experience delivering training to secondary students; basic photography and videography skills.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Training & Curriculum: Prepare training materials, implement, and review ICT training programs aligned with the school's strategic plan. Conduct structured ICT lessons covering Google Workspace apps, iPad software, and basic AI tool applications.
• Project Support: Assist in managing and monitoring key school programs, including the Applied Learning Programme (ALP), National Digital Explorer (NDE), Code For Fun (CFF), and AI initiatives.
• PDLP Management: Support the execution of the Personalised Digital Learning Programme (PDLP), which includes training student device champions and coordinating with external vendors to resolve technical issues on student iPads.
• Multimedia & AVA: Provide photography, videography, and video editing support for school events. Manage, operate, and train student leaders on Audio-Visual (AVA) equipment as part of the AVA Co-Curricular Activity (CCA).
• Administrative & Web Operations: Maintain and update the school website, promote good data housekeeping habits, and offer operational support to the ICT department.

Working Hours

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour lunch break).
• Note: Shift schedule adjustments or overtime may occasionally be required. Advance notice will be provided if assistance is needed on weekends for special school events.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Multimedia, or a relevant discipline.
• Technical Skills:Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Google Classroom, Docs, Sites, Calendar).Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams).Knowledgeable in emerging AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, etc.).Competent with iPad applications (Procreate, Apple Classroom, Pages, Notes).
• Experience: Ability to effectively deliver training to secondary school students while maintaining classroom discipline. Basic photography and videography skills are required.
