DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD.

in Singapore is seeking an ICT Training Coordinator to prepare, deliver, and evaluate ICT training programmes for secondary students, leveraging Google Workspace, iPad apps, MS Office, and AI tools. You will work with teachers to create learning resources, support the PDLP and AV needs, train staff and students in ICT applications, and provide photography, videography, and AV support for lessons and school events.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or Multimedia or related discipline.
• Able to conduct ICT training for secondary students with classroom discipline.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sites, Classroom, Docs).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
• Knowledge of emerging AI tools.
• Proficient in iPad apps like Apple Classroom, Pages, Notes, Calendar and Reminders.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Able to provide ICT training and support to staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ICT training materials and resources for lessons.
• Conduct ICT lessons using Google Workspace and iPad apps.
• Support PDLP and student iPad programme.
• Train teachers and students in ICT applications and software.
• Provide AV support and photography/videography for lessons and events.
• Assist with ICT department administration and school website management.

• Prepare, implement and evaluate ICT training programmes and materials for students.
• Conduct ICT lessons on Google Workspace, iPad apps (e.g. Procreate), MSOffice and AI tools.
• Prepare teaching resources, exercises and projects together with teachers.
• Support ICT projects and programmes, including NDE, Code For Fun (CFF)and AI programmes.
• Assist with the Personalized Digital Learning Programme (PDLP) and student iPad support.
• Train and support teachers and students in the use of ICT applications and software.
• Promote and support the use of Google Classroom, Google Sites, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and other ICT tools.
• Provide advice on software usage and ICT-related issues.
• Provide photography, videography and AV support for lessons, training and school events.
• Support and train student leaders in AVA equipment for CCA activities.
• Assist with ICT department administration and school website management

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT, Multimedia or a related discipline.
