Job summary

GAIN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is partnering with a local school to appoint an ICT Trainer specializing in AV and multimedia support. The role covers AV operations for events, staff training, and classroom tech support to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

You will also manage AV resources, capture events on video/photo, and run weekly Infocomm club sessions, with MOE instructor registration required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/Multimedia or related field.
• At least 2 years as ICT Trainer or related role.
• 2+ years in photo/video production and multimedia production.
• Proficient with iOS/iPad and MS Office/Google Suite.
• MOE registration as an instructor is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide AV support for school operations and events.
• Support staff to maintain AV resources and inventory.
• Take photos and videos of school events and create multimedia for events and to maintain school website.
• Conduct Infocomm club CCA weekly training.
• Provide ad-hoc training for staff and students in teaching and learning software, multimedia and AV support.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/ICT and School Leaders.

Job description

Contract Period: From 2 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027.

Working hours

• Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 7.15am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Tuesdays (CCA day): 7.15am to 5.45pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7.15am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service may be required on weekdays in the afternoon and some weekends for official school events (staff will be compensated with time-off)
• Timing subject to change based on school needs

Scope of Services

1. Provide services for AV support for school operations and events

Qualifications, skills and experience

1. 1.Minimally a Diploma holder in an IT/Multimedia related field
2. 2.Minimum 2 years of experience as ICT Trainer or relevant experience in related field
3. 3.Minimum 2 years of experience in photo taking video recording and multimedia production (please specify experience in the use of video editing software e.g. Adobe, iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, Final Cut Pro, etc)
4. 4. Proficient in the following: a. iOS platform and use of iPad
   b. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
   c. IOS apps (Pages, Slides, Sheets, etc)
   d. Google Suite
   e. AI Tools
   f. Creating, designing and maintaining website
5. 5.Must be registered with MOE as an instructor.
