Qualifikationen

• Diploma in IT or related field is required.
• Team player with good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with operating and maintaining ICT & AV equipment/applications in a school.
• Preferably 3 years' coaching experience in ICT-related programmes.

• Manage school ICT devices (loans, apps, troubleshooting, restoration).
• Supervise Desktop Engineers and assist staff/students with technical support.
• Support ICT procurement and liaise with external vendors.
• Manage ICT accounts and password resets.
• Update the official school website.
• Coordinate procurement, installation, and maintenance of AV equipment.
• Manage operations and maintenance of the Media Studio.
• Conduct quarterly AV stock-takes and report damages/losses.
• Help teachers set up and troubleshoot AV equipment.
• Provide AV support for events.
• Assist Media Club CCA in logistical and technical matters.
• Manage and update the TV Messaging System.
• Take, edit, and process photos for publications.
• Conduct ICT training for students and teachers.
• Perform other assigned ICT-related duties.
