Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an AV/Media Technician to provide lighting, audio, and visual support for school events. You will handle videography, photography, and video editing, and train students and staff on AV operations and ICT equipment.

You will assist in AV operations for exams, troubleshoot and maintain AV gear, perform inspections, manage procurement and repairs, and handle equipment loan services with documentation updates.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in AV & Media equipment management, maintenance, and inventory.
• Able to train, guide, and mentor students in AV & Media programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide AV/media support for school events (lighting, audio, visual).
• Handle videography, photography, and video editing.
• Train students and staff on AV operations and ICT equipment.
• Assist in AV operations for exams (e.g., listening comprehension).
• Troubleshoot and maintain AV & Media equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and functionality checks.
• Support procurement, installation, servicing, and repairs of AV equipment.
• Facilitate equipment loans and maintain documentation.
• Update inventory, loan, and damage reports.
• Perform other AV/media duties as assigned by ICT Manager/School Leaders.

• Any other AV/media duties assigned by ICT Manager/HOD ICT/School Leaders

Requirements

Working hour

• Mon & Wed: 7am to 4.30pm


• Tue & Thur: 7am to 5pm
