IET Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a qualified ICT/AV support specialist to manage school ICT devices, troubleshoot software, coordinate procurement and vendor relations, support events, and contribute to digital learning and operational efficiency.

The role requires a Diploma in Information Technology, familiarity with ICT/AV equipment in a school environment, and preferably 3 years of coaching ICT programmes, plus strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills.

Formación

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting ICT and AV equipment in a school environment.
• Preferably 3 years of coaching experience in ICT-related programmes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated initiative and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and troubleshoot school ICT devices, software installations, user accounts, and password resets to ensure smooth technology operations.
• Coordinate ICT procurement and liaise with vendors to maintain timely supply and service delivery.
• Update and maintain the school website to provide accurate and current information for staff and students.
• Provide technical support to staff and students to resolve ICT-related issues promptly.
• Maintain audiovisual (AV) equipment and support Media Studio operations to facilitate multimedia activities.
• Support school events by managing AV setups and photography/video recording to document activities.
• Conduct ICT training sessions for students and teachers on digital learning applications and tools to enhance technology adoption.

Job Summary

Working Hours

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
• Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
