Job summary

Yellow Ribbon is seeking a school ICT and AV support professional to manage and troubleshoot ICT devices, software, accounts, and passwords, ensuring smooth operation across the campus. Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting ICT and AV equipment in a school environment.
• Preferably 3 years of coaching experience in ICT-related programmes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated initiative and teamwork abilities.
