Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• 3+ to 5 years of combined HR administration and operational management experience.
• Experience in a school or non-profit setting strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for instructional, administrative, and support staff.
• Administer staff regulations, payroll liaison, leave requests and personnel records.
• Coordinate daily school operations, attendance, substitutes, and event logistics.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and staff training across the school.
