Knightsbridge House International School Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a caring, responsible School First Aider/Nurse cum Student Support to look after students' health, safety and well-being. You will provide first aid, manage medical records, support health-related matters, and assist with general school administration.
The role requires a Diploma in Nursing or healthcare, RN registration, and relevant first aid certification.
We are looking for a caring, responsible, and proactive School First Aider/Nurse cum Student Support to support the health, safety and well-being of our students. The successful candidate will provide first aid and basic emergency care, maintain students’ medical records, support health-related matters within the school and assist with general student support and school administration.
Attend to students who are injured or unwell during school hours and provide appropriate first aid or emergency care when required.
Assist with the management of illnesses and infectious disease cases on campus, including Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD), particularly among Early Years students, and COVID-19 cases across all year groups.
Communicate with parents, teachers, and relevant stakeholders regarding students’ illnesses, injuries, and accidents occurring at school.
Immediately inform parents or guardians when a student sustains an injury or becomes unwell, where appropriate.
Accompany students to a clinic or hospital in the event of an emergency, when required.
Monitor students’ well-being during recess, lunchtime, and playtime, including carrying out recess duty.
Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness of the sick bay.
Conduct monthly stock checks of all first aid kits across the school.
Ensure first aid supplies are adequately stocked and that all items are within their expiry dates.
Maintain appropriate stocks of medical and first aid supplies in the sick bay.
Maintain and regularly update the students’ Allergies Register.
Communicate relevant updates to teachers and staff to ensure students’ medical and allergy information is appropriately managed.
Maintain students’ medical, illness, and accident records accurately, securely, and confidentially.
Assist with general administrative duties and documentation as required.
Support students during indoor and outdoor activities.
Assist with student supervision and support during lunchtime.
Provide general care and support to students as required.
Support the front reception desk and respond to enquiries when required.
Assist with other school operations and administrative duties as assigned.
Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by the School.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Diploma in Healthcare, Nursing, or equivalent qualification; candidates with relevant Advanced First Aid certification may also be considered.
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing qualification/certification.
First Aid certification is preferred.
Previous experience working with children is preferred.
Prior experience working in a school or educational setting will be an added advantage.
Caring, patient, responsible and able to work well with children.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and respond calmly and appropriately in emergency situations.
Proficient in using Google Docs, Google Drive and other basic digital tools.
