Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services operates a campus facilities division and seeks a Cleaning Supervisor to lead daily cleaning operations across the school campus. You will manage a team of cleaners, oversee hygiene and safety standards, and ensure smooth coordination with the Campus Manager.

The role requires physically fit candidates with at least 3 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and coordination skills, and a commitment to high cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations and lead a team of cleaning staff.

• Coordinate cleaning duties, work arrangements and event-related cleaning with the Campus Manager.
• Oversee cleanliness of the concert hall, auditorium, drama theatre, music studio, sports hall, swimming pool, changing rooms and toilets.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Jan 2027 to Dec 2027)

Mondays to Fridays: (inclusive of lunch break)
7:00am to 4:00pm
8:00am to 5:00pm
9:00am to 6:00pm
10:00am to 7:00pm
Saturdays:
8:00am to 12:00pm / 12:00pm to 4:00pm
Sundays:
12:00pm to 4:00pm
