Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is seeking an experienced Programme Lead to steer large-scale HR technology transformations. You will oversee multi-workstream initiatives across vendors and delivery teams, ensuring outcomes align with client objectives.

You will establish governance, manage executive stakeholder relationships, own risk and budgets, and mentor PMO teams, with a background in HRTech implementations such as SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM.

Qualifications

• Led complex, multi-workstream HR technology programmes.
• Managed C-suite stakeholders.
• Owned programme financials, including margins, resourcing, scope, and risk management.
• Directed enterprise risk, escalation, and go-live readiness for large-scale transformations.
• Experienced in structured and agile delivery methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate or equivalent).
• Built and developed high-performing PM teams through coaching and capability development.
• At least 10 years' experience delivering large-scale HRTech or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong HRTech delivery background, preferably in SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM implementations.

Job Description

• Lead complex transformation programmes by overseeing large-scale, multi-workstream HR technology initiatives involving multiple vendors, integration partners, and distributed delivery teams, ensuring execution remains aligned with business objectives.
• Establish robust governance and oversight by designing programme frameworks, reporting structures, and decision-making processes that provide transparency and minimise delivery risks.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders by managing executive-level relationships, facilitating steering committee discussions, and driving strategic decision-making across client and internal leadership teams.
• Own programme-level risk and issue management by proactively identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, leading cutover planning, and directing critical escalation and go-live decisions.
• Develop and lead the project management function by mentoring Project Managers, setting performance objectives, conducting reviews, and strengthening overall PMO capabilities.
• Safeguard commercial performance by managing programme budgets, resource allocation, delivery margins, and scope control to achieve successful business outcomes.
• Drive PMO maturity and continuous improvement by enhancing delivery methodologies, contributing to organisational best practices, and advancing project governance standards across the business.
