Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an SAP Program/Project Management Consultant to drive large-scale SAP transformation initiatives. You will plan, govern, and execute SAP programs with cross-functional teams to deliver value while managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

The role offers exposure to complex SAP transformation programs and opportunities to develop expertise across delivery governance and business transformation in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP project management, PMO, program management, or large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, lifecycle, and delivery governance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of SAP transformation projects across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate activities, resources, schedules, and dependencies for successful outcomes.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, issues, and budget utilization; escalate when needed.
• Facilitate governance activities including status reporting, steering updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to align objectives and delivery plans.
• Assist in developing project plans, roadmaps, and change management activities.
• Ensure adherence to PM methodologies, quality standards, and delivery frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.
