Job summary

Rolling Arrays seeks a senior HRTech consulting leader to guide strategic solution architecture across multi-module HRIS engagements and drive HRTech transformation. You will integrate systems and uphold competency leadership for the consulting practice.

You will partner with CHROs and C-suite executives, shape pre-sales approaches, and mentor senior consultants. The role demands strong governance, executive communication, and a proven track record in people development across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in HRTech consulting.
• Multi-module HRIS expertise with proven pre-sales and solution ownership experience.
• Outstanding executive communication and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven track record in people development and practice capability building.
• Certification: SAP SuccessFactors (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple HRIS modules and define integration architecture.
• Act as trusted advisor to CHROs, HR Directors, and C-suite stakeholders on HR process re-engineering and technology adoption.
• Lead pre-sales activities including demos, effort estimation, and solution proposals.
• Oversee quality, scope, and risk across complex delivery programs; resolve critical issues with senior stakeholders.
• Develop delivery frameworks, IPs, tools, and methodologies; mentor Lead Consultants and drive knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Design: Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple HRIS modules. Define integration architecture and advise on HRTech ecosystem alignment
• Strategic Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to CHROs, HR Directors, and C-suite stakeholders. Guide clients through HR process re-engineering and technology adoption
• Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Lead pre-sales activities including demos, effort estimation, and solution proposals. Represent RA's delivery capability in key client conversations and RFP responses
• Delivery Governance: Oversee quality, scope, and risk across complex delivery programs. Resolve critical project issues in partnership with senior stakeholders
• Capability Building & People Leadership:
• Develop delivery frameworks, IPs, tools, and methodologies for the practice. Mentor Lead Consultants and drive internal knowledge sharing. Define competency standards and learning pathways for the consulting practice
