Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors PMO Consultant to drive HR technology transformation programs across SAP SuccessFactors implementations. You will support project governance, planning, and execution with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, PMO, or project coordination roles within SAP or enterprise technology environments.
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout, upgrade, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance processes, and project lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in project planning, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to align expectations and project objectives.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource utilization, escalating risks and issues as needed.
• Support change management, testing coordination, deployment planning, and post-go-live activities.
• Monitor project performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve delivery effectiveness.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure adherence to project standards, methodologies, and best practices.

About The Role

Join Accenture as an SAP SuccessFactors PMO Consultant, where you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of HR technology transformation programs. You will support project governance, stakeholder management, planning, and execution activities across SAP SuccessFactors implementations, helping organizations optimize their workforce and HR processes. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives, and develop expertise in project and program management within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
