Qualifications

• Minimum total of 10 years in Human Capital Management processes and solutions (design, implementation, support) across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• End-to-end implementations in SuccessFactors Talent Management and SAP HCM modules.
• Experience with Talent Management, Performance/Goal Management, Calibration, Compensation & Var. Pay, Learning.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and project delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation projects from requirements through post-go-live support.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions.
• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions.
• Provide functional expertise across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules.
• Collaborate with business users to optimize HR processes and apply best practices.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analyses, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare functional specs, process docs, configuration docs, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM systems.
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAPSuccessFactors HCM Solution Architect / Consultant with a minimum of 10 yearsof experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) processes, solution design,implementation, and support across both SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCMplatforms. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise inSuccessFactors Talent Management modules, SAP HCM core functionalities, andend-to-end implementation experience. This role requires strong leadership,stakeholder management, project delivery, and consulting capabilities to driveHR digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAPSuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation projects from requirement gatheringthrough post-go-live support.


• Analyze business requirementsand translate them into scalable SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions.


• Design, configure, implement,and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions.


• Provide functional expertiseacross SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules.


• Collaborate with business usersto optimize HR processes and recommend best practices.


• Conduct workshops, requirementgathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution demonstrations.


• Prepare functionalspecifications, business process documents, configuration documents, testscripts, and user training materials.


• Manage solution integrationsbetween SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM systems.


• Coordinate with technical teamsfor custom developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.


• Support data migration, testingactivities, cutover planning, and production deployment.


• Troubleshoot functional issuesand provide ongoing application support.


• Ensure compliance with SAP bestpractices, governance standards, and organizational policies.


• Lead stakeholder communicationsand provide regular project status updates.


• Mentor junior consultants andprovide technical and functional guidance.


• Manage third-party vendors,implementation partners, and support service providers.


• Drive continuous improvementinitiatives across HR technology platforms.


• Develop operational metrics,dashboards, and management reports to support business decision-making.


• Participate in solution roadmapplanning and strategic HR transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum total of 10 years’experience in Human Capital Management process and solution (design, implement,and support) in BOTH SAP SuccessFactors (Talent suite like Performance/Goalmanagement, Calibration, Compensation &Var. pay and Learning) and SAP HCM(PA/OM/TM/BIB Integration)


• Minimum 3 end to endimplementations in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions


• A must to have design andimplementation experience in SuccessFactors Talent suite (Performance/GoalManagement, Calibration, Succession, Career Development, Compensation &Variable Pay)


• Process and Functionalknowledge in Recruit, Onboard to Hire experience


• Design and implementationexperience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Core and Time Off, SAP HCM,Learning, People story, PA/OM/BIB Integration Management would be a bonus

• Demonstrable experience ofmanaging 3rd party support contracts and relationships
