Job summary

INFINITE COMPUTER SOLUTIONS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support implementation, rollout, enhancements and ongoing support across EC and integrations. The role involves collaborating with functional and technical teams to design configurations and ensure smooth operation of SAP SF modules.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement or support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central and integrations.
• Experience with CPI/Integration Suite, APIs, OData and Integration Center.
• Good understanding of data models, workflows, and employee lifecycle processes.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional/technical consulting for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Translate business requirements into SF solution designs.
• Configure, enhance and troubleshoot SF functionality and workflows.
• Design and support integrations between SF and payroll/ERP using CPI, APIs, and OData.
• Support new entity/country rollouts and organizational changes.
• Perform impact assessments, testing, deployment and support.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, SAP and vendors to resolve issues.
