Job summary

infinite Computer Solution is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support implementation, rollout, enhancement and ongoing support activities, with a primary focus on Employee Central (EC), CPI integrations and SAP Cloud Integration.

You will work across functional and technical teams, translate business requirements into designs and configurations, develop integrations using CPI, APIs and OData, and collaborate with clients and vendors to deliver reliable HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central and integrations.
• Experience with CPI / Integration Suite, APIs, and OData.
• Understanding of data models, business rules, and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with payroll integrations or AMS/change delivery is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and/or technical consulting for SAP SuccessFactors, including EC, CPI / Integration Suite, integrations and APIs.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into solution designs and configurations.
• Configure, enhance and troubleshoot SuccessFactors functionality, rules, workflows, and RBPs.
• Design, develop and support integrations between SuccessFactors and payroll, ERP and third-party apps using CPI, APIs, OData, and Integration Center.
• Support new entity/country rollouts, organizational changes and change requests.
• Perform impact assessment, configuration/development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Support SIT/UAT, data validation and issue resolution, and maintain documentation.
• Work closely with client stakeholders, SAP and other vendors to deliver solutions and resolve issues.

Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support implementation, rollout, enhancement and ongoing support activities. The role will work across functional and technical teams, with a primary focus on Employee Central (EC), integrations and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), as well as other SuccessFactors areas as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and/or technical consulting for SAP SuccessFactors, including but not limited to Employee Central (EC), CPI / Integration Suite, SuccessFactors integrations and APIs, and other modules as required.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into appropriate SuccessFactors solution designs and configurations.
• Configure, enhance and troubleshoot SuccessFactors functionality, business rules, workflows, RBP and related system components.
• Design, develop and support integrations between SuccessFactors and payroll, ERP, identity management and third‑party applications using CPI, APIs, OData, SFTP, Integration Center and other relevant technologies.
• Support new entity/country rollouts, organizational changes, enhancements and change requests.
• Perform impact assessment, configuration/development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Support SIT/UAT, data validation and issue resolution, and maintain relevant functional/technical documentation.
• Work closely with client stakeholders, SAP and other vendors to deliver solutions and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Relevant hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement and/or application support.
• Strong experience in one or more SuccessFactors areas, preferably Employee Central and/or SuccessFactors integrations.
• Experience with SAP CPI /Integration Suite, APIs, OData and Integration Center is highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of SuccessFactors data models, business rules, workflows, RBP and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with payroll/third‑party integrations, data migration or AMS/change request delivery is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
