Job summary

EXASOFT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced SAP HR consultant to lead design, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM across HR and payroll processes.

You will drive end-to-end delivery for EC, ECP, payroll, and time management, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role emphasizes workshops, governance, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, hands-on in implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP.
• Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll, including payroll processing and controls.
• Experience in SAP HCM Time Management, OM/PA.
• Experience with SF/HCM integrations and S/4HANA HR projects.
• EC configuration experience: MDF, Foundation Objects, Rules, Workflows.
• End-to-end implementation experience across projects.
• Experience with payroll interfaces and SAP integration technologies (CPI, IDOCs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and engage stakeholders.
• Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions across HR and payroll.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery for Employee Central and payroll processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Configure EC features and payroll-related components.
• Lead payroll solution design across regional environments.
• Design and support SAP integrations with S/4HANA and external systems.
• Coordinate with internal/ external teams to ensure project delivery.
• Prepare functional documentation and testing artifacts.
• Provide guidance to junior consultants and governance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Lead workshops and conduct fit-gap analyses.
