Job summary

EVYONIC SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned SAP HCM/SAP SuccessFactors consultant to lead design, configuration, and support across HR and payroll domains. You will drive end-to-end delivery for Employee Central, EC Payroll, and SAP HCM Payroll, and will manage complex integrations with S/4HANA and external systems.

The role requires strong hands-on experience, workshops with stakeholders, and leadership of functional teams through fit-gap analyses, testing, and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors in implementation and support.
• Deep hands-on SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management and OM/PA.
• Experience with integrations between HR systems and SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with payroll interfaces (CPI, IDOCs) and data replication.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM across HR and payroll.
• Drive end-to-end delivery for Employee Central, EC Payroll, HCM Payroll, and Time Management.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP-based solutions.
• Configure Employee Central foundation data, MDF objects, rules, workflows, and picklists.
• Lead payroll solution design and configuration across regional environments.
• Design integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA and external systems.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure interfaces, data replication, and reporting meet needs.
• Support S/4HANA HR transformation, migration, and data replication.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analyses, and functional walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Oversee testing (SIT, regression, UAT) and post-go-live stabilization.
• Provide guidance to junior consultants and contribute to governance.
