Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery from Prepare to Run in Singapore. You will steer multi-workstream teams across Finance-to-Manage, Hire-to-Retire, and Procure-to-Pay, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while complying with government security standards.

Ideal candidates have 10–12+ years in SAP delivery, 5+ years in PM, and proven success in at least two full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations using SAP Activate and PM best

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of SAP delivery experience.
• 5+ years in SAP project management.
• Experience leading at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate and formal PM methodologies.
• Familiarity with FTM, HTR, and PTP processes, data migration, integration, testing, cutover, security/authorisation, and OCM.
• Experience with government/defence security, compliance, audit, or restricted-data environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA delivery across Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run phases.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, critical path, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Act as the key contact for senior stakeholders, sponsors, and steering committees; lead cross-functional teams.
• Oversee change control, project commercials, resource planning, and go/no-go decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore public-sector and defence security requirements.

What You’ll Do:

Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA delivery across Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, critical path, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. Act as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders, project sponsors, and steering committees. Lead cross-functional teams covering Finance-to-Manage (FTM), Hire-to-Retire (HTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), technical, data migration, security, testing, and OCM. Manage change control, variations, resource planning, effort tracking, and project commercials. Oversee quality gates, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and project governance. Manage integration, data migration, testing, authorisation, cutover, and hypercare activities. Ensure compliance with Singapore public-sector and defence security requirements, including IM8 or equivalent standards, data residency, and classified-data handling. Prepare go/no-go decisions and lead post-go-live stabilisation.

What We’re Looking For:

10-12+ years of SAP delivery experience, including 5+ years in SAP Project Management. Experience leading at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations end-to-end. Strong experience with SAP Activate and formal project management methodologies. Good understanding of FTM, HTR, and PTP business processes. Experience managing data migration, integration, testing, cutover, security/authorisation, and OCM workstreams. Experience managing large-scale, complex SAP programmes with multiple workstreams. Strong stakeholder management experience with C-level, government, or defence stakeholders. Experience working with government/defence security, compliance, audit, or restricted-data environments.
