Job summary

StaffKing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP MM consultant to own design decisions and configuration standards across procurement, inventory, material master, batch management, split valuation, subcontracting and invoice verification. This role demands deep SAP MM expertise and strong collaboration with FI/CO, SD, PP and QM teams.

You will review SI proposals, support intercompany procurement and STO, participate in UAT, cutover and hypercare, and drive future integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 6+ years of SAP MM functional experience.
• 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong SAP MM configuration experience covering procurement, inventory management, material master and invoice verification.
• Working knowledge of SAP PP, including BOM, routing, MRP and production orders.
• Experience integrating SAP MM with FI/CO, SD, PP and QM.
• Experience with intercompany procurement, STO and multi-company-code environments.
• Prior experience working with a Systems Integrator / implementation partner.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP MM design decisions and configuration standards covering procurement, inventory management, material master, batch management, split valuation, subcontracting and invoice verification.
• Review and challenge Systems Integrator (SI) design proposals to ensure alignment with procurement policies and manufacturing requirements.
• Support intercompany procurement and Stock Transport Order (STO) design across multiple company codes.
• Work closely with FI/CO, SD, PP and QM teams to ensure effective end-to-end SAP integration.
• Review blueprint/design documentation, functional specifications, RICEFW requirements and legacy system interfaces.
• Conduct workshops with Business Process Owners and translate business requirements into SAP configuration and process documentation.
• Support UAT, cutover and post-go-live hypercare activities.
• Support PR/PO governance, release strategy design and procurement process controls.
• Contribute to future WMS, AMR and MES integration initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on SAP MM configuration experience covering procurement, inventory management, material master and invoice verification.
• Working knowledge of SAP PP, including BOM, routing, MRP and production orders.
• Experience integrating SAP MM with FI/CO, SD, PP and QM.
• Experience with intercompany procurement, STO and multi-company-code environments.
• Prior experience working alongside a Systems Integrator / implementation partner in an internal or client-side capacity.
• Manufacturing experience, preferably within MTO, MTS or discrete manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to WMS, EWM, AMR or MES integration will be advantageous.
• SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
