Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced SAP HCM Lead to own end-to-end HCM delivery, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll and ESS/MSS.

You will lead Fit-to-Standard for HR processes and ensure Singapore payroll compliance, while designing integrations with SuccessFactors and time systems. The role requires 10+ years in SAP HCM, with 5+ years as a payroll lead and two full-lifecycle implementations including Singapore

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years SAP HCM experience with at least 5+ years as an HCM/payroll lead.
• Two full lifecycle implementations including Singapore payroll and live go-live.
• Experience with SAP HCM modules PA, OM, Time, Payroll and ESS/MSS.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HCM delivery: PA, OM, Time, Payroll, ESS/MSS.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard for HR processes and payroll policies.
• Design integration with SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding and time systems.
• Own HR master-data model, data migration and security.
• Lead SIT/UAT for HR and Payroll; manage cutover and hypercare.

Job Description

Role Summary

• Own end-to-end HTR functional delivery: Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management, Payroll and ESS/MSS.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard for HR processes; configure and validate against DSO's establishment, pay and leave policies.
• Own Singapore statutory payroll compliance (CPF, IRAS /IR8A, SDL, statutory leave) and any defence-specific pay rules.
• Design integration with SuccessFactors Recruiting /Onboarding and any time-and-attendance or identity systems.
• Own the HR master-data model and the migration mapping and validation of personnel data under heightened confidentiality controls.
• Define HR authorisation and role design with Security, enforcing strict need-to-know for sensitive personnel data.
• Lead SIT/UAT for HR and Payroll, including parallel payroll runs and reconciliation.
• Own cutover and hypercare for the HR / Payroll domain, including first live payroll assurance.

Relevant SAP Implementation Experience

Minimum: 10+years SAP HCM experience, of which 5+ years as an HCM / Payroll lead, with atleast two full-lifecycle implementations including Singapore payroll and a live payroll go-live owned end-to-end.

Relevant Expertise

• HCM breadth: PA, OM, Time, Payroll (Singapore schema) and ESS/MSS; S/4HANA HCM (or on-premise HCM) as deployed.
• Payroll compliance: CPF, IRAS filing, statutory leave, off-cycle and retro processing, and parallel-run governance.
• Integration: SuccessFactors (Recruiting /Onboarding / Employee Central where in scope), time systems and GL posting to Finance.
• Data & confidentiality: sensitive personnel-data handling, migration and reconciliation under defence confidentiality.
• Public-sector / defence: HR delivery in government establishments and security-cleared environments
