Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking an HRIS Analyst (SAP) to support the SAP HR implementation and to own the HRIS function after go-live. The role collaborates with HR stakeholders and SAP partners to deliver a smooth transition and continuous system improvement.

Responsibilities include data migration, configuration, testing, UAT, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate has strong HR process knowledge, analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS/SAP HR or similar HR tech role.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation, preferably SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM.
• Experience in UAT, data migration, system testing and issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Proactive with data accuracy and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end SAP HR implementation from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and SAP partners to translate needs into system solutions.
• Assist data migration, configuration, testing and UAT activities.
• Coordinate with SAP consultants and IT on issues, integrations and enhancements.
• Support go-live and post-go-live hypercare activities.
