is seeking an HRIS administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the HR team during an HRIS implementation, including testing, go-live, and hyper care across payroll, leave, benefits, and headcount management. The role involves data preparation, cleansing, validation, migration, UAT, documentation, user training, and first-level system support to ensure successful project delivery, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provided administrative and operational support to the HR team during HRIS implementation, supporting project phases including testing, go-live, and hyper care across appraisal, payroll, leave, benefits, and headcount management.
• Assisted with HR data preparation, cleansing, validation, migration, UAT, documentation, user training, and first-level system support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinated project meetings, tracked action items, processed HR-related payments, maintained project documentation, and supported HR operations and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
