Job summary

Arthrex in Singapore is looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Business Systems Analyst to partner with HR and IT to enhance solutions across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors and strong project management skills.

You will be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring applications, leading testing efforts, and driving process enhancements in a collaborative environment.

• 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes.

Arthrex, a global leader in orthopaedics and medical education, is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Business Systems Analyst (APAC). This role partners with HR and IT to drive process improvements and manage the design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of SuccessFactors solutions across the region.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, RCM/RMK)
• Exposure to HRIS/ERP implementation or optimisation
• Knowledge of reporting tools (Story Reports / Power BI) preferred
• Experience with AI tools in Talent Acquisition is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience
