Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking an HRIS Implementation Specialist. You will independently configure HRIS modules, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, configure and test modules, perform data migration, run UAT demos, deliver end-user training, and support post-go-live activities as part of a collaborative global team.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting HRIS solutions with business-facing impact.
• Ability to gather requirements, design functional specs and support testing.
• Hands-on configuration, data migration, UAT and end-user training experience.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering & design: liaise with client SMEs to document specs and advise on HRIS design options.
• Configuration & data migration: configure modules and perform data migration as required.
• Client engagement: run demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review and gather feedback.
• Training & documentation: deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs, training materials, and project docs.
• Post-go-live support: address issues within SLAs and implement minor enhancements based on feedback.

Role Summary

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (preferred).
